HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We typically ship all orders within 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays) of of receiving them. If you select PRIORITY SHIPPING at checkout, we'll ship within 1-2 days (Excluding Sundays) during our regular operating hours depending on which time in the day the orders are placed.

WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We ship all items with UPS as well as USPS.Priority shipping is delivered by FedEx will not deliver to PO boxes.Currently we only offer shipping of our products to United States. But we have plans in future for international shipping as well and when we do plan to offer it,your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country for all international shipments

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We ship all orders from our production partner's factory in U.S.A.The items arrive to customers within below timelines based on the shipping method selected by the customer at the checkout page:

  • FREE STANDARD SHIPPING: 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays)
  • PRIORITY SHIPPING: 1-2 days (Excluding Sundays) 

What about customs fees/taxes?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

It's unusual for orders of 1-2 items to attract customs fees, except in countries where there is a very low or no tax-free threshold. If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.

What if I didn’t receive my order?
