CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.
Please contact our support team to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact our support team at support@fampreciousgifts.com for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.
We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
We're confident you'll be thrilled with your purchase.Should you have any concerns or consider returning it, please reach out to our support team with your reasons for the return.If it's a matter of simply changing your mind, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.A U.S. address will be provided to you for returning the items.Our returns policy extends for 30 days from the date of purchase. Upon receiving your returned product, we'll process a full refund within 3 business days. Please note that personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked and its shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you notice a defect in the item once you receive it, kindly send us few photos of the item and your order ID to our support team at support@fampreciousgifts.com. We'll promptly replace it after review from our side without requiring you to return the item.
This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.
WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES FOR EXCHANGES?
If you wish to exchange, tell us which item(s) you would like to receive in your exchange order - item name and color you would like to receive. This way we will be able to process the exchange correctly.Please note that the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT TO THE ONLINE LISTING
This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.
I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.
We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically process orders and just follows what you supplied.
